When you arrive at Halong International Harbor, you will be welcomed warmly by staff members of the Signature Team and assisted in the luggage check-in process.
12:45: Transfer
After all guests have made it through the customs, you will be transferred to the main cruise via a tender boat. When you step foot on Signature Halong Cruise 3 Days 2 Nights, you will once again be welcomed enthusiastically by the crew members and offered a drink while listening to a presentation on safety on board and cruise briefing.
13:00: Lunch
As we begin to cruise through Bai Tu Long Bay, enjoy your appetizing lunch at our restaurant while viewing the wonderful sight of the bay.
14:45: Visit Vung Vieng floating village
The cruise will stop at the famous fishing village Vung Vieng for guests to get down and learn about the local lives. Vung Vieng fishing village is a well-known fishing village that lands its name in cultivating pearls. You can kayak to visit the entirety of the village.
16:00: Back on board
17:00: Sunset Party and Cooking class
During this time, there will be a Happy Hour deal at the bar, where you can get two drinks at the price of one.
Also around this time, there will be a cooking class instructed by the excellent chefs on the cruise where you can learn to make some Vietnamese famous dishes.

08:30: Explore Cong Dam Area
Guests are taken to the dayboat to start moving on to the next destination on your 3-day Halong Bay adventure - Cong Dam Area. The untouched beauty of Cong Dam will surely charm every visitor. On its crystal clear water, let yourself loose with activities like swimming, kayaking, or maybe just a casual sunbath on the white sand.

A set menu featuring many significant Vietnamese dishes awaits you at the day boat. Use this time to fuel yourself with some energy and indulge in this amazing feast.
15:00: Relax
After you have returned to Signature Cruise, use some time to relax while the cruise is reaching the anchored area for the night. And if you can, get on the sundeck to catch the famous sunset on the bay that everyone talks about. While you are there, feel free to use the amenities and services that are available such as outdoor jacuzzi, lounge chairs, spa treatments, etc.

After guests have come back to the cruise, it is about time to pack your luggage and check out of your cabin. Before leaving for brunch, don’t forget to leave all your belongings outside so staff members can collect and send them back to the harbor.

• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
