Luxury pick-up service
It takes us only 2.5 hours for a distance of around 200 km to drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay by expressway instead of 4 hours in the regular way. Alisa Premier Cruise offers pick-up and drop-off services by Limousine Shuttle Bus on the expressway, so it brings the best convenience for our passengers. Normally, the pick-up time from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter is at around 08.00 am – 08.30 am, and the returning time in Hanoi is at around 15.00 and 15.40. Please be aware of this to make your best plan.

HANOI - HALONG BAY - ALISA PREMIER CRUISE (L, D)
08.00 am - 08.30 am: You will be picked up at your hotel lobby in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (If the price you pay includes transfer service). In case, you stay outside the Old Quarter, we will arrange another meeting point which is the most convenient for you. Please wait at the lobby at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time.
08.30 am: We depart to Halong Bay which has been recognized by UNESCO as A World Natural Heritage for its outstanding landscape and resources. It takes about 2.5-3 hours on the Expressway including a short break in the middle of the route. You will be escorted on a Luxury Limousine Shuttle Bus (extra fee) which is equipped with the most comfortable furniture such as larger and softer seats, curtains, reading lamp, two-way air conditioner, etc.
10.00 am: We reach the stopover where you can go for refreshments after the long driving on the road. Moreover, you can have several times to visit the Pearl Farm Exhibition showing the process of making pearl jewelry by hand. After 20-30 minutes, we come back to the shuttle bus to continue driving to Halong Bay.
12.00 am - 12.30 am: After reaching the harbor where the cruise is parking You do check-in first, then please wait for a few minutes at the waiting lounge before embarking on the Alisa Premier Cruise.
Welcome on board, you will be greeted by the friendly crew members, followed by a welcome drink. We will spend about 15 minutes for the tour guide talking about the cruise itinerary and of course, safety instruction.
13.00: Lunch will be served in the dining room with a variety of food. The bar in the dining room will serve your order of drinks. While enjoying lunch, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Bay. On the way reaching to the heart of Halong Bay, the cruise will pass a fishing village.
It is kindly noted that you should give us the information about your dietary requests as well as allergy, vegetarian, gluten-free, so on (If any) before the departure time to Halong Bay.
14.20: We will visit Sung Sot Cave which means “Surprise Cave” because once you get in the cave, you will probably amazed at the masterpiece built by our Mother Nature.
A special feature of this cave is that the cave entrance is very small, but the space inside is extremely expanded up to nearly 10,000 m2. You will admire plenty of stalactites and stalagmites shaping different interesting objects. Not only the natural beauty of the cave visitors are also attracted by the mysterious legend about one of four Immortals in Vietnam.
It is recommended for you to wear hiking shoes because the way leading to the cave includes up and down stone steps.
Afterward, we come back to the Alisa Premier Cruise for a rest while the cruise is floating to the kayaking area.
16.00: When the cruise stays in the calm emerald water, you can challenge yourself with kayaking and swimming. You should change your clothes because you can get wet while doing a kayak. Moreover, it is better to leave your valuable belongings in your room, and the cellphone, as well as the camera, needs to be put into a waterproof bag.
After around 1 hour for recreational activities, you should be back to your room on the cruise for resting and enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen.
18.00: You can go up to the sky bar on the 4th floor to have some drinks during the Happy Hour with lots of promotions. Moreover, the Sunset party is also taken place there.
18.15: Our professional chef will give a Cooking Class in which he will show you his cooking skills, then teach you how to make a Vietnamese traditional dish of spring rolls. After you finish making your spring rolls, our chef will pick up the best one to be the winner. So you should try your best.
19.00: Dinner is served in the dining room or outside on the deck if possible.
After dinner, it’s your relaxing time. You can stay in your room balcony, or go up to the deck where you can make new friends from different countries in the world by dancing, singing, and sharing your travel experiences.
20.30: You can try squid fishing. Alisa Premier Cruise will prepare squid fishing rods and lights so you can experience squid fishing, then you will have the opportunity to enjoy the fresh dishes cooked from the squids you catch.

6.15 am: A Tai Chi class will wake your new day up by doing gentle slow movements of the whole body that will help you have better concentration, and reduce stress. Moreover, the brilliant sunrise is also another reward for early risers.
6.45 am - 7.45 am: Breakfast is served in the restaurant.
8.20 am: We will move to the specialized day cruise where you have a great opportunity to explore the hidden corners in Halong Bay by visiting caves, kayaking, and swimming.
Please remember to bring your swimming suits, sunglasses, and some money with you before transferring to the day boat.
12.00: Lunch will be served on the day cruise.
15.00: We come back to the Alisa Premier Cruise. Relax onboard.
18.00: Enjoy the Happy Hour for discounts of drinks at the sky bar, then join a small party as the sun starts to set.
18.15: A Cooking class is delivered to show you how to cook Vietnamese food of spring rolls.
19.00: Dinner is served in the restaurant.
20.30: After dinner, it’s your leisure time. You can join squid night fishing or play games, dance, and sing karaoke with other people. In addition, lying on the deck to enjoy the windy weather and the peaceful atmosphere is also ideal for relaxation.

6.15 am: Start your day with a Tai Chi morning exercise on the third floor.
6.45 am - 7.45 am: Catching the morning scenery while enjoying breakfast.
7.45 am: Our cruise will stop at Titov Island. Located in the core area of Halong Bay, Titov Island is quite pristine with the white sandy beach which looks like the moon embracing the whole island. Many tourists come to Titov Island to swim and soak in the turquoise coolly water. Also, there are other services such as water motor, parachuting.
Besides swimming, you can do climbing to the peak of the island to capture the miraculous panorama of Halong Bay.
Note: You should bring swimming suits, sun cream, sunglasses, and some money on the island.
9.40 am: Check-out time. To have a better arrangement, please put your luggage in front of the door, later the staff will help you transfer it to the harbor.
9.45 am: An early lunch is served on board.
10.30 am: If you have ordered anything at the bar, you can pay your bill at the bar counter on the 2nd floor.
11.00 am: It’s time to say goodbye to the Alisa Premier Cruise and the crew members. We disembark on the harbor.
12.15: The shuttle bus will pick you up, then transfer you back to Hanoi (If you book the transfer).
15.00: You will be dropped at your hotel in Hanoi. The 2-night trip with Alisa Premier Cruise ends here.

If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.

• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

Great cruise ship. We booked a suite room with a private balcony, jacuzzi bathtub. The room and the public areas were clean, but somewhere in the Bay has a lot of plastic garbage. I hope it could be dealt with soon to protect this beautiful bay. There were more boats in the Bay than I thought, but it was still a truly amazing trip. Staff was helpful, our tour guide was great in explaining everything to us. We had 4 meals onboard, all were delicious and plentiful. The chef in the cookery class was so skillful, he taught us how to cook Vietnamese delicacy. Almost everything was included in the price except for drinks and spa services.

The cruise ship was nice and good quality. All the staff were kind and accommodating. Though we are all vegetarians, it didn’t put them in trouble. The staff noted carefully what we eat and don’t eat, they always tried to give us good food. We did this trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so the cruise prepared our room as the one we got at the wedding ceremony. The activities seemed a bit too much for us, so we skipped Tai Chi and cooking class to have more time for relaxing. We realized that we should have booked two night trip instead of 1 night only. Our guide was Thuy, she was a great guide for a memorable experience.

We would absolutely recommend Alisa Premier Cruise for anyone wanting to visit Halong Bay on an overnight cruise ship. Halong Bay must be one of the most impressive bays in the world. The rock formations and islets were stunning. You must try cave visiting and reach the top mountain to see the amazing panorama of the Bay. We did have 3 days 2 nights cruise because we thought it wouldn’t be rushed. On day two, we took a day boat going further to explore the more hidden corners of the Bay, kayaking there was ideal. The room we had was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and luxurious with a jacuzzi bathtub. Catering on board was perfect. We were served both Vietnamese food and Western food. Seafood was fresh and yummy too. All the staff was kind, well-trained, and they always tried to make our stay memorable.

We had a great trip for a lifetime with Alisa Premier. We were allowed to enjoy the stay, even more, when we were free upgraded to a room with a private balcony. Our room is brilliant and clean. Though both of us were over 70, we could try almost every activity provided which was well organized. We absolutely enjoyed the food. FOOD was INCREDIBLE. The cooking demonstration of making spring rolls was interesting too. The staff was all accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us and other guests. Our tour guide was an attractive lady who was knowledgeable. We highly recommend you should book 2 nights to stay on the cruise if you have adequate time. Halong Bay is a true masterpiece of Heaven. The Bay is dotted by thousands of limestone islands making the landscape so stunning. Forget all about warnings about crowds of ships, polluted water, the beauty we saw was overwhelming everything. We booked a one night trip with Anna Pham, she was very patient to deal with our requests promptly. Alisa Premier Cruise is one of the best compared to others in the Bay. Our room was even larger than my room at the hotel in Hanoi. It had a private balcony allowing us to have our own time. That’s a special plus point. We did hiking, cave sightseeing, swimming, kayaking that’s all entertaining. On-board activities like cooking class, Tai Chi in the morning were interesting but could be given a miss, you can spend time on the deck instead. The staff was good, excellent courses for meals. We got a one night trip to Halong Bay with Alisa Premier Cruise. The cruise is amazing with spectacular views from the room private balcony. What included in the price was clearly stated, we only had to pay for drinks and spa (optional). The cruise is new and modern. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a triple room for three persons, it was spacious and well-decorated. Because our room was close to the engines, so it was a little bit noisy when the cruise was sailing. However, it was not a big problem because we didn’t spend much time in the room during the day. In the evening, when the cruise stopped in the sleeping area, it was comfortable to relax. All the meals we had on board were exceptional. The buffet was served with various choices. I was late for breakfast but still, have enough food there. It was a lovely trip. I enjoyed relaxing on the deck while the cruise was sailing through the beautiful limestone islands. I will recommend this experience.

Great experience with Alisa Premier Cruise. The food was great. Requests on a special diet were recorded carefully. Our room on the cruise was immaculately clean and comfortable. Ms. Thuy, our tour guide, was accommodating and professional. She presented much useful information about Halong Bay, especially Sung Sot Cave. The first day on the cruise was nice with the chilly weather. Unfortunately, it rained the whole morning on the second day so we couldn’t do hiking and swimming activities on Titop Island. My family had a memorable time on the Alisa Premier Cruise. We all were picked up at our hotel in Hanoi. My kids love the luxury bus so much. The cruise is incredible. We booked a family room which is clean, large, and easy for us to take care of my kids. The balcony has a nice view, and it’s safe for kids. The food provided on board was super delicious. I realized that my kids love Vietnamese food so much. We were served with 5 courses for lunch and 6 courses for dinner. Our tour guide Thuy, was very patient and caring for my children. Before I decided to book the one night trip with Alisa Premier Cruise, I did a lot of searches for information about other cruises in Halong Bay. My decision was right. The cruise was amazing. It even exceeded my expectations. Halong Bay probably deserves as the World Heritage for its wonderful landscape. Everything is shown in the advertisement, TV, and other media was true, and even much better. I was able to relax on the cruise that I couldn’t do on other tours which were a bit rush. All crew members were a credit to the cruise. They were enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly with their smiling faces, though they were threatened by the Coronavirus epidemic with low traffic of tourists. Ms. Thuy who was assigned to be our guide was knowledgeable. She was able to keep the trip funny and educational. The activities on the trip were fun, especially the night squid fishing. I was lucky to catch 2 baby squids. Thanks, Alisa Premier Cruise.

We booked directly on the website of the Alisa Premier Cruise. The lady Alice was very patient and accommodating with dealing with thousands of my queries, even my last-minute changes. Thanks, Alice. Overall, it was a great trip that definitely is worth your money. Transportation to Cruise was more than I expected, staff on the cruise were superb friendly. I love their smile so much. I was so excited about the view from my room with a private balcony overlooking Halong Bay. The amenities inside the cabin are nice. The bed is large, and I particularly love the jacuzzi bathtub. The food was fantastic. We had 4 meals onboard that were all great with various Vietnamese delicacies. Thanks, John for providing the best meals. The activities were appropriate for all ages. I love kayaking and hiking to the top of the mountain. Thanks, Ms. Thuy, a great tour guide, for her efforts. Highly recommended.

We just finished one night trip with Alisa Premier Cruise several hours ago. I miss everything we had during the cruise. It was a nice trip. While the cruise is rated 5 stars, all the staff on the cruise is worth 6 stars for their effort. We were picked up promptly at our hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The limousine car was perfect. The drive was safe. After reaching the dock, we waited for a while at the waiting lounge before the boarding time. We were welcomed warmly by the crew members and was invited a cup of watermelon juice for a welcome drink. After a short introduction, we were served with a delicious lunch with various Vietnamese food. Because my wife is a vegan, the chef was so careful and gave her a lot of choices for vegan food. The room we got was super nice, cozy, and clean with a private balcony. The bathroom was pretty good with a beautiful view. What we did on the first day were cave visiting and kayaking. The cave is named “Surprise Cave”, and it is really incredible. We had a lot of fun with kayaking too. I found that kayaking isn’t as difficult as I thought. We were glad to be guided by Ms. Thuy, a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide who gave us helpful information about Halong Bay. The sunset in Halong Bay is one of the best ones I have seen in my life. After enjoying the romantic sunset with a deck party and a cooking class, we had a special dinner on board. We had a wonderful evening with other guests who were friendly. On the next day, the morning got started by a Tai Chi Class on the deck, followed by a lovely breakfast. On this day, we did easy trekking on Titop Island. There was another choice of swimming, but we prefer hiking. It took about a half-hour to reach the top. We got a bit tired but the view from the top was definitely worth it. We got back to the cruise for a shower and enjoyed the last lunch on the cruise before heading back to the dock. I found that I am passionate about Vietnamese cuisine. Around 11.45 am, we disembarked the cruise to board the bus for a drive back to Hanoi. I would recommend the trip with Alisa Premier Cruise to anyone who would like to go to Halong Bay. This trip was the best experience of my 7-day trip to Vietnam. About the connectivity, I saw several wifi spots in the dining rooms, not everywhere. I got a sim card in Vietnam for a free 4G network, and it worked well almost everywhere, even inside the cave. Worth trying.

We booked the 3 days/ 2 nights trip to Halong Bay for our honeymoon with Alisa Premier Cruise. Everything was absolutely fantastic from the beginning to the end, even afterward. Nancy was definitely helpful in assisting us with the booking, then followed us throughout the trip to make sure that everything was going perfectly. We are also appreciated by the lovely wishes she did give to us. The transfer from our hotel in Hanoi was comfortable with the luxury car. Our driver was a superhero. All the staff on the cruise did great work, they were willing to do everything to make our experience special. I would highly recommend the 2-night trip with Alisa Premier Cruise because the second day was worth spending time. We had a great chance to explore some less crowded areas of Halong Bay in a smaller group that we really enjoyed. We were transferred to a day boat which was smaller, but still nice and very clean, so we couldn’t access our cabin until we came back in the afternoon. However, it didn’t matter because we didn’t really need it. This trip was so special for me when my birthday was taken place on the cruise. I was so surprised at the amazing fruit sculpture the chef gave me as a gift. What a memorable milestone birthday! Thank Alisa Premier Cruise again for a wonderful trip. I will definitely come back.
