We booked the shorter itinerary as we at first thought we might just stay for a short while then move onto another SEA country, but to our surprise, we have completely fell in love with the beauty of this bay and were pretty upset when our trip came to an end. Definitely will return next time and stay for longer.

My partner booked me this trip as a surprise so I did not really know what to expect. And it was truly an amazing experience, the staff was nice, all dishes suited my taste, they even carefully catered to my specific diet and I will forever be thankful about that. Although there were some misses, it was a good trip overall.

Love every second of the trip, really enjoyed the great service that was consistent from beginning to end. We could easilty tell that the crew members tried their best to attend to each of us. And the tour guide was good as well, very informative and helpful.

Staff members and tour guide were absolutely enthusiastic, helpful, and attentive to everyone's needs. The food was excellent, I'm normally a picky eater but I really had no complaint about this cruise's restaurant. The cabin was so nice, I love the large window that showed us beautiful view of Halong Bay. Overall, 10/10, would definitely return if I have a chance.

I really had fun, great excursion and activities with helpful and informative tour guides. But like everyone said, it was too crowded so I can't fully enjoy it.

I have known of Halong Bay for so long and I finally went to visit it this time. Truly mesmerized with the scenery of Halong Bay, expected that many people would flock here and they did, I still pretty much enjoyed the trip.

We read all the reviews and expected the crowded areas and it did happen. We were not mad or too disappointed but still felt quite upset that we couldn't fully enjoy our trip, especially when there was sudden bad weather and our excursion time was cut short. Still I had to give credit to the staffs on board, they really tried their best to help us regain a fun time on the cruise.

We booked this halong bay cruise trip the moment we saw the interior photos, and the cabin was actually that nice in real life. Food was good, the view was magnificient, and the staffs were attentive and helpful. However, like others had said, the itinerary was pretty disappointing as there were too many people at every location, and even if we wanted to go to a more secluded area, we were not allowed (for our own good, but still).

We thought this would be an amazing trip with the services and facilities that we had on board. Very good quality staff, all were well trained and extremely helpful. However, we can't say the same about the excursion part. Although the tour guide was nice and informative, we really could not try doing anything because of how jam packed every attraction was. We know that if it is famous then many people will visit, but maybe the time for activity could have been chosen differently so it can be fewer people there?

I had a very great time in Ha Long thanks to the amazing service we had on board. Delicious food and drinks with various options available. The cabin was very nice, cleaned precisely and very pretty. The best Halong Bay cruise trip we've ever been on.

The Ha Long views are spectacular. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable, so the whole tour was very interesting and we got to know many interesting facts. Crew members were also very nice and tending, they all tried their best to fulfill every guest's needs. Communication before, during, and after the tour was easy and great. Overall, it's definetely worth it.

I took this cruise tour to Halong Bay with Arcady. Overall, I thought the trip was very good. It brought me to many famous attractions of Halong. However, I was disappointed as we were not able to see as much of the area as I had hoped because there were too many people. I felt that our tour guide was knowledgeable about the area and tried their best to assist us. In the end, I think it would have been better if we could have more space at each destination to do what we planned.

I travelled solo so I cared about many things on my trip, and this is definitely the best cruise trip in Halong Bay. The itinerary included famous spots so when we were there, there were lots of boats and people there already, but I think we all expected this so not really something negative.

Great experience - the cruise was gorgeous, food was delicious, our room was lovely, had great view, the shower was great, and the balcony was a lovely way to chill out. Our tour guides were great and very helpful. All activities included were so much fun and very well organized.

We must say we had better time on board than off board. Staffs were wonderful, they were tending and very helpful. Amazing facilities too. Clean rooms, great services, and delicious food. But off board was a different story, all spots on the itinerary were famous so we expected many people there, but there were too many people and we couldn't really try as many things as we planned.

We definitely recommend this for an overnight halong bay cruise trip. The wifi was pretty bad in the restaurant, not really a big deal tho because the food was good and we really enjoyed our meal. Staff members were very attentive, when we first checked into our room, we noticed that the bathroom was not clean enough and it only took one mention to the staff for it to be fixed. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service, clean bed, food was good and plentiful, AND they even made sure that there were various choices for our diet preference. Overall, we enjoy our time on board. Truly the best halong bay cruise!

Staff members were very amazing, tour guide was knowledgable and funny, the view of Halong Bay was truly worth it. We enjoy the whole trip, could have been the best Halong Bay cruise we've ever tried if not for the schedule. It was good and included many famous spots, but they were too crowded and we could not really do anything much.
