12:00: The tender took you to the main boat. Start your Le Journey Luxury Cruise 2 Days 1 Night trip.
Welcome to Le Journey Cruises! Our cruise manager will give a cruise briefing and safety speech while we drink a welcome drink. After that, you will go to your cabin and check in.
13:00: Enjoy wonderful lunch
While Le Journey Cruises – Luxury Cruises sets sail for the beautiful Halong Bay, we serve a delicious lunch. Halong Bay is an extension of Halong Wonder, but it is much quieter and has fewer tourists. You will pass by the well-known Finger Islet and Candle Islet, as well as thousands of other limestone towers and islands with strange shapes.
15:30: Explore Tra Bau floating village
Option 1: Swimming Ba Trai Dao Island
Option 2: Our small boat takes you to a fishing village called "Tra Bau," where you can go kayaking to learn more about the area. In 2018, Kong Skull Island (King Kong) was filmed in the Tra Bau area.

This is also the best time for tourists to go bamboo boating or kayaking, which is a fun way to see the Limestone Mountains and the blue sky of Lan Ha Bay.
09:00: Back to the boat and check-out
10:00: Brunch time
While a well-cooked lunch is being served, Our Cruises slowly makes its way toward the Harbor through emerald water and thousands of Karst Mountains.
11:00 – 11:30: Go back to Tuan Chau Harbor
You can book a bus prior to departure to take you from Halong to Hanoi along the highway.

I had a wonderful vacation on the cruise with a three-day, two-night package. Lan Ha Bay is not like Ha Long Bay; there are fewer activities, but the tourists are also less crowded which is good. Overall it is a very pleasant trip; sitting on my terrace balcony in front of the sights is a relaxing experience.

This was my first time trying this cruise service to a foreign country. I was so nervous and uncertain about many things but the customer service was so patient and informative so kudo to them for that first. Then on the d-day, I was welcomed on board with such great hospitality and attentive crew members. Not sure if this is the standard but my cabin was so well kept and comfortable, the food was so good too, I'm a vegetarian and they made sure that I had various food options, which were all very delicious.

Halong bay is a famous place so I expect it to be crowded, but when we arrived at each location, it was so much more crowded than what I thought. Everyone on board was nice but I had to say not being able to join any activities without clashing into another group of tourists was such a let down. Hope I could return to Halong when there's fewer people.
