12:00 – 12:30: Embark the V'Spirit Premier Cruise 2 days 1 night at Cat Hai port. Being welcomed with a drink and cruise briefing.
13:00 – 14:00: Sit down at the restaurant for lunch and a scrolling view of the brilliantly exceptional limestone islands outside the large windows.
15:45 – 16:30: On bamboo boats rowed by locals to Bright cave, a stunning grotto with a huge and enclosed lake on the other side.

07:40 – 08:30: Visit Tra Bau area, explore the less-traveled on a kayak to enjoy a thoroughly peaceful experience. Visit a floating farm where you can socialize with the fishermen to know more about their life.
08:45 – 09:30: Return to the ship, pack your luggage and check out of the cabin.
10:00 – 11:30: Take your seat down again at the restaurant for a lunch buffet.
11:45 – 12:00: Step off the V'Spirit Premier at the harbor, time to say goodbye.

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. We spent 2D1N for the trip to Halong Bay with V’Spirit Premier Cruise. And we had an awesome experience. We would thank our chef for his hospitable and Vegetarian food. So great!! All cabins were luxurious and the beds were comfortable too. For me, outdoor activities like kayaking and squid fishing are very interesting and were definitely worth a try when coming here. If I had a chance to comeback Halong again, I still choose V’Spirit Premier Cruise for my trip.

We had a fantastic experience with V'Spirit Premier Cruise! We were collected from our hotel with a limousine bus at 8 am. And then we are welcomed on board with a complimentary drink. Our professional and friendly crew introduced a compulsory safety procedure session. The rooms were nice with big windows and have the Seaview. The beds were super comfy too. We also enjoyed many interesting activities like kayaking, squid fishing, spring roll cooking class,…All meals are more than enough and delicious. Moreover, truly thanks to the crew and our lovely guide for making our experience more comfortable. And we would recommend this tour for those who are planning to overnight on Cruise in Halong Bay.

The drinks on the cruise are not expensive, especially if you buy the drinks in Happy Hours promotion from 17.30 – 19.00 (Buy 1 Get 1 Free). There is no minibar in the cabin, but you can ask the staff to keep the drinks you bought in the fridge in the bar.

Unlike V’Spirit Classic Cruise, Premier one is a luxury cruise launched the route to discover Lan Ha Bay from the Got Harbor. The Premium Suite Triple features one double bed and one extra bed. This cabin is the largest one of the cruise, located toward the back of the cruise on the 2nd floor, so you can have a 90-degree view from the big windows of the cabin, and also can spend your time relaxing in the spacious private balcony.

Can I be picked up from Cat Ba instead of Hanoi?

Kindly be advised that V’Spirit Premier Cruise starts from Got Pier, so you need to catch the ferry from Cat Ba to Got Pier. Our shuttle service is from Hanoi, so it cannot meet you at Cat Ba. The standard boarding time is at around 12.00 at noon, so please be ready at the waiting lounge of V’Spirit Premier Cruise at Got Pier on time.

What time can I return to Hanoi? I have a morning flight the next day.

By using the cruise’s shuttle service, you will start from Hanoi at around 09.00 am, then arrive at Got Pier at around 12.00 and embark on the cruise. On the next day, you will disembark the cruise at around 12.00 at noon and then drive back to Hanoi (follow the shuttle service if you book it in advance). Arrive at Hanoi at around 14.30 – 15.00. After that, it takes you around 40 minutes to get to the airport. So it is impossible to catch the flight in the morning if you back to Hanoi from a cruise on that day.

I plan to go with V’Spirit Premier Cruise in July. I understand that it is in rainy season. If I book the cruise and pay for it in advance and it will be raining on the day I travel to Halong Bay, what will happen? Can I get a refund?

In case of the bad weather condition and officially announced by the Halong Board Management, we will apply our cancellation policy as below:
- If the cancellation is made right before departure time from Hanoi (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- If the cancellation is made during the cruise trip (some of the services have been used: transfer, food, etc.): used services are charged, the rest is refundable.
- In case the cruise trip must be shortened from 3 days 2 nights to 2 days 1 night, plus other used services are charged, the rest is refundable.
- The final amount of charge and refund will be confirmed by our travel consultant via email. Please contact us directly if you need any urgent help!
In case it will be raining but all cruises in Halong Bay are allowed to run, we still follow the cruise itinerary.

Hi, for the drinks and your personal expenses on board, you can pay in cash or credit card (the transaction fee is not included). Kayaking and sampan boat fees are included in the price, so you don’t need to pay for these services. Your personal expenses can be spa & massage services, tips for cruise staff, and drinks.

If I do 2-day 1-night itinerary, can I go directly to the airport instead of Hanoi when I return on the next day?

If you go with the cruise shuttle service, you need to transform into another private car or taxi to reach the airport when you arrive at Hanoi. The shuttle service needs to drop off other passengers in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we cannot transfer you to the airport. However, we can have to arrange the transfer to Hanoi Airport after you arrive at Hanoi. So just inform us in advance.

How can I explore the Dark and Bright Cave in Lan Ha Bay?

In the Dark and Bright Cave area, you can choose one of the two options: join a rowing sampan boat by the local or do kayaking around to discover on your own. The Bright Cave is allowed to visit, but it is not for the Dark Cave because of its risk. The Bright Cave is surrounded by the limestone mountains in different shapes. Visiting this area, you can have a closer look at the wild beauty of nature here. If you are fortunate enough, you can see the monkey on the rocky mountains. You can only find this kind of monkeys in Cat Ba.

I am wondering if I can get wi-fi connection on the cruise.

We have wi-fi connection in the public area including the restaurant area. However, the further we go into Lan Ha Bay, the weaker the internet connection is. Sometimes, we cannot get access to the wi-fi signal. In some cases, you can ask the tour guide to share his mobile internet with you if possible. He/she will be willing to do that.
