Placed on the 1st deck, the Junior Suite offers a large space of 30m2, most suitable for 2 adults and one child. A private balcony along with sea-viewed bathtub promise passengers a peaceful feeling of being fully emerged into the water.
The Senior Suite shares the same size and design as the Junior Suite. The suite is located on a higher floor, which leads to a better view of the scenery that the bay has to offer.
The suite is not only on the 3rd floor with a larger space (40m2) but also has 3 single beds, making this suite the best option for families of bigger sizes who want to create precious memories with each other. Similar to the Junior and Senior Suites, Family Suite also has a private balcony and a sea-viewed bathtub that can showcase fully the breathtaking view of the bay and the ocean.
This is the highest option on the La Casta Cruise. Guests can choose between the 2nd for the size of 45m2 and the 3rd floor with the size of 50m2. Each cabin in VIP Suite is fully equipped with a private terrace, sofa, and a sea-viewed jacuzzi and sauna. The bed used in VIP Suite is a round king-size bed, which can also optimize the space in the cabin.

12:30: Transfer to the La Casta Cruise 2-day-1-night ship
Tourists get transferred by speedboats to the ship and check in the cabin. When you get to the ship, you will be welcomed with a drink by the crew and get a brief summary of the schedule as well as safety regulations.
13:30: Lunch
Tourists have lunch while enjoying the spectacular Halong scenery from the restaurant on the 2nd floor.

As La Casta Cruise approaches the Three Peaches Beach in Lan Ha Bay, tourists can choose from one of the following activities:

09:00: Visit Viet Hai Village
Travelers can get to the village on a speedboat. When arriving at Viet Hai, travelers can choose to have a tour by cycling or by electric car around the village. Observing the lives of the locals and enjoying the atmosphere in the village by taking a bike ride to the rice paddies through a rainforest tunnel and visiting a traditional house in the village deep in the National Park will be one of the highlights of your trip here.
Viet Hai village is surrounded by high mountains, thick jungles, and a vast ocean, therefore, if the weather is good and you want to explore more, you can take a boat or trek through the jungle. The beauty of nature here is totally worth the hassle and hours of traveling, you will not want to miss out on this chance.
At the end of the visit, you will have lunch at a restaurant in Viet Hai village and return to the cruise to visit Lan Ha Bay.

In Lan Ha Bay, you can take a bamboo boat to visit Dark and Bright Cave - famous for its pristine natural beauty and the poetic, attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay.

This lovely cruise and the thoughtful services added to the joy of our 15th anniversary. The room was clean and cozy. They also adorned our accommodation with swans and roses for our anniversary... But the itinerary was quite tight so we didn't stay in the room much. Halong Bay is truly a gem.
btw, the absence of complementary water bottles on board is the only complaint.

How far is Halong Bay from the nearest airport?

There are many convenient routes to travel to Halong bay from major cities. The nearest airport to Halong bay is Noi Bai Airport, which is from 165 to 180 km, so it will take you about 3 hours and a half to transit from the airport to the port where La Casta anchors.
There is another airport nearby Hai Phong which is only 50 km away from Halong Bay, but not with daily flights.

Do La Casta buses run daily? Are they spacious? Do drivers speak English or other languages?

La Casta buses have 2 types which are 16-seat and 29-seat models. We equip all the buses with AC, and spacious seats and they run daily.
The drivers can’t use English properly like most other Vietnamese, however, they are confident in driving and promise to take you to the location safely.

Yes, the staff can help your family member to get on the bus and carry the wheelchair on board. However, they may have to skip most of the sea activities so it is recommended that they stay onboard to relax with our bunches of services.

Does La Casta have medical services onboard?

The crew does not have any doctors on board. However, First Aid kits and a basic pharmaceutical supply are provided on every ship. In case of a serious medical emergency requiring assistance from land, we will return you to the pier within an hour. If you or a member of your cruise party feels under the weather, please notify the front desk right away. Additionally, we advise you to pack basic medications and personal needs. It's always better to be prepared.
