8:00 - 8:30 AM: The day begins with optional hotel pickup in Hanoi Old Quarter.
12:15 – 12:30 AM:Upon boarding the Lily cruise, guests are welcomed with a refreshing drink from the crew member. The manager delivers a safety briefing as the boat sets sail towards Bai Tu Long Bay.
1:15 PM : A delicious lunch awaits guests at the cruise restaurant.
3:30 PM: Explore the magnificent Thien Canh Son cave, known for its geological significance and natural beauty. Don't forget your camera and wear comfortable sport shoes for trekking.
5:30 PM: Witness the breathtaking sunset over the bay and take part in the "Happy Hour".
6:00 PM: Enhance your culinary skills by joining a cooking class on the sundeck, where you'll learn to make Spring rolls, a classic dish of Vietnamese cuisine.
7:30 PM: Dinner is served at the cruise restaurant.
9:00 PM: Unwind on the boat, and for those interested, enjoy squid fishing off the Reception deck area.

HALONG BAY – HANOI
6:30 AM: Start your day with a revitalizing Taichi session on the sundeck.
7:00 AM: Enjoy a light breakfast in the cruise restaurant.
7:45 AM: Explore Vung Vieng floating fishing village, one of the largest villages in Halong Bay, where you can learn about the fishermen's way of life. Optional activities like bamboo boat rides or kayaking are available for an immersive experience.
9:00 – 9:30 AM: Return to the main boat for relaxation and check-out at the reception. Please place your luggage outside your cabin door, and the crew members will assist with the transfer to land.
9:45 AM: Brunch is served in the restaurant as the boat heads back to the harbor around.
11:00 AM: Disembark at the harbor.

- Children policy:
- One child under 5 years old can stay in the same room and bed with parents free of charge (sharing meals and bedding with parents).
- In the case where the parents' room has two children under 5 years old sharing the bed with parents, a surcharge will apply for the second child, calculated at 75% of the adult price.
- Children aged 5 to under 11 years old can stay in the same room and bed with parents, and the price will be calculated at 75% of the adult price.
- Two children under 11 years old can stay in a separate room, and the price will be calculated at the double room rate. In the case where one child stays in a separate room, an 80% surcharge of the double room rate will apply.
- Children aged 11 years old and above will be charged the same price as adults.
- Cancellation policy:
Changes made late or adjustments to the number of guests for pre-booked reservations will be considered as late cancellations, and the penalty rates will be specified below. Increases in the number of guests will be confirmed based on the actual availability of remaining spaces.
For individual travelers with less than 8 rooms booked:
- 15 or more days before departure: No compensation required.
- 14 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total amount.
- 9 to 4 days before departure: 70% of the total amount.
- Within 3 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
For group travelers with 8 or more rooms booked:
- 45 or more days before departure: No compensation required.
- 45 to 31 days before departure: 25% of the total amount.
- 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total amount.
- 14 to 7 days before departure: 70% of the total amount.
- Within 6 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
For full-charter bookings:
- 90 or more days before departure: No compensation required.
- 89 to 61 days before departure: 50% of the total amount.
- 60 to 41 days before departure: 70% of the total amount.
- 40 to 31 days before departure: 90% of the total amount.
- Within 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
