It was a good trip with my family. The staff was very nice to us. Bedroom was warm and cozy with modern facilities. Really love the taste of food there. What a pity we didn’t try kayaking.

I highly recommend Mon Cheri Cruise to anyone. The quality of the boat, food, and services was great. The bed was very comfortable. Cleanroom and spectacular views of the bay. All were great for a wonderful cruise trip.

We traveled with Mon Cheri to discover Halong Bay and had a remarkable experience. Wonderful cabin with a private balcony. We enjoyed the stunning views of the bay. The itinerary was interesting with may activities. We also had a chance to visit Cat Ba Island and enjoyed a cycling trip. Brain gave us interesting information. I joined this overnight trip with 5 more friends. Great experience. We required for Halal food. There was no much choice of cruises who could offer us Halal food, but Mon Cheri could. The food was good. Friendly staff. Clean cabins with modern facilities. The cruise ran with a slow speed, so no seasick. We loved the card trick magic made by Mr. Lam. We learned to make spring roll. Thanks so much for such a fantastic experience.

I had a relaxing time sailing through the beautiful limestone cliffs of Halong Bay. The boat was very clean and elegant. We were on Mon Cheri Cruise 2. The tour itinerary was well organized. The staff was so hospitable and nice. We were instructed to make spring roll by Bill. The weather was a bit cold but it couldn’t reduce the beauty of Halong Bay with a lot of limestone karsts and beautiful caves. We had a nice cabin with a private balcony – a nice place to see the dawn in the morning. Thanks to Mon Cheri Cruise, we had a memorable trip. Thank you.

We enjoyed the spectacular scenery of Halong Bay. Luckily, the weather was great that day. With us, Mon Cheri was one of the nicest cruises in Halong Bay. We had passed through many other cruises. The staff was friendly. We required for vegetarian meals and were served well. It was delicious. We loved the route to cycle around Viet Hai Village and kayaking around the floating village. It was a highlight of our trip. Our tour guide was Brian. He was knowledgeable and incredible. Also, he was very accommodating and helped us to take beautiful photos during the trips. Halong Bay is a must-see place when traveling to Vietnam, and Mon Cheri is highly recommended.

My husband and I had a fantastic trip to Halong Bay. We went with Mon Cheri Cruise. First, I must say that it was the top customer service from start to finish. We were all picked up by a Limousine van which was equipped with wi-fi, plugs to charge the phone, and a bottle of water. We had a short break on the way to the port. It took around 2 hours and 20 minutes for a break to get the port from our hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. As the first impression, the boat was nice and the staff was friendly. All meals were great. We had 7 courses for each meal. The cabin was amazing with a private balcony, and beautiful views of the bay could be seen from the cabin. They prepared a bed covered with roses for our wedding anniversary. Alcohol is a little bit expensive, but other drinks’ were fine. The kayaking activity was fun and exciting. We could visit the Bright cave only. The Dark cave could not be accessed because it was too dark to see anything. It was dangerous. We went swimming, too. The cooking class of making spring roll was fun. The receptionist, I remember her name is Jennifer, was helpful and had a sense of humor. All were excellent. I can mark 10 stars if I have the choice.

Mon Cheri Cruise treated us so well. The transportation from Hanoi and back was a comfortable and luxury van with big seats and wi-fi. We were relaxing and enjoyable until we reached the port. It was a quick transfer. As we reach the boat, a line of staff was waving to welcome us. So lovely! Didn’t stop here, the staff left us a good impression as they were fantastic and so attentive during our stay. We joined 2 days 1 night with a lot of interesting activities. We tried kayaking, squid fishing, go swimming and visit the cave. We also relaxed with a hot stone massage. It was a new experience with us. The cabin was nice and we had a great view from the balcony. The trip with Mon Cheri Cruise was the perfect way to finish our incredible trip to Vietnam. Anyone who wants to have a truly fantastic experience should recommend choosing Mon Cheri Cruise.

The crews were all exceptional, especially Mr. Lam who was so kind and funny and always smiled. The food was delicious. The boat and the cabins were nice and luxurious. We traveled to celebrate my mother’s birthday. They helped us to prepare a birthday cake and flowers, which surprised my mother much. She was so happy that day. We had a never-forget experience. Come back to Vietnam after 50 years, I was excited about everything. I planned my trip to Northern Vietnam for a few days and joined an overnight cruise to Halong Bay. I could not recommend Mon Cheri Cruise more. Such a fantastic experience I had. I spent 3 days with Mon Cheri, but it seemed to be not enough for me. Thank you for the best care of Mr. Lam, Ms. Jenny, and Lan. They did all the best and made us feel at home. I really enjoyed dinner with live music performance. It reminded me about the years I lived in Vietnam. I had unforgettable things during a 3-day trip. Thank you so much!

You must do this do when you visit Vietnam, I assume. Halong Bay’s and Lan Ha Bay’s beauty is truly breathtaking and peaceful. Mon Cheri Cruise is a great way to get the best experience in the bay. I had a great time with their fantastic services from the luxury Limousine transportation to the wonderful staff on the cruise. The cabin was a gorgeous and true luxury, also offered us a great view of the bay, especially in the early morning. The food was tasty and fresh. The chef gave us a fun and informative cooking class. We also enjoyed spa treatments to relax. The most outstanding person with us was Mr. Lam who took care of everything on board. He took my mom and me to a little temple in the Cat Ba Islands because he knew that my mom really loved it. Another staff was helpful, too. They made sure excellent care of you as their families. I definitely recommend Mon Cheri to my friends. It’s worth your money. Keep on your great work and profession till we meet again, Mon Cheri. Thank you.

If the weather was better, we would have a better time.

I had joined a 2-night itinerary with Mon Cheri Cruise. Such a great trip! Everything was out of our expectation. First, we had been on a comfortable car from Hanoi to the dock and return. The cabin was actually at the first class. The food and drinks served on the boat were excellent. The best thing I would like to say about was the hospitable staff. Mr. Lam seemed to keep his eyes on everything to make sure all were smooth. Ms. Jenny always smiled and helped us to learn more about the bay, also took us to discover the cave. And Mr. Brain took us to visit Viet Hai Village on the 2nd day. Thank you so much for all the help from the cruise team. I know that there are many cruises to choose to go with, but Mon Cheri Cruise will be an ideal option. Believe me, you will not wrong to choose this cruise.

We had just returned home from 3-day 2-night with Mon Cheri Cruise yesterday. My friend who joined this cruise last year recommended us to join, so I had big expectations. The cabin was comfortable and spacious with full-equipped facilities including a large bathroom, hot water, air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The door which led to the balcony was a little small, but the balcony was large enough for us to sitting and watching the stunning views of sunset and sunrise. We woke up in the early morning to enjoy these spectacular views. The dining room was clean and spacious enough for passengers to have a private space. The staff was pleasant and very polite. If you had any special requests, they would be willing to help you. Nhan was our tour guide on that day. She was very professional and spoke English fluently. All of us felt happy with her. Mr. Lam was probably the cruise manager as I remembered exactly. He was a sparkling point to keep us all happy and pleasant during the cruise trip. Thank you so much!

We had booked Mon Cheri Cruise 2 days 1 night and had a great experience than ever before. I must say that it was definitely worth your money. Everything from the beginning to the end was perfect. We were picked up by a luxury bus and had a quick transfer on the expressway. The cabin was so nice, the food was okay, and the excursion was interesting. We enjoyed all the yummy food. Loved it! Particularly, we would like to say thank you to Ms. Jenny for her hospitability. She was good at English, nice and funny. Mr. Lam and other crews were very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated it much! I had spent 10 days exploring the North of Vietnam. Mon Cheri is actually the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

My family and I did a 3-day itinerary with Mon Cheri Cruise. It was a fantastic trip. We were arranged for beautiful cabins, Elegance Suites. All the cabins had lovely balconies and bathtubs. The food was delicious, and the cruise staff very helpful. I should say thank you to Lain, Brian, and Jenny much for assisting us during our stay on the cruise. Lan Ha Bay was so gorgeous. We took many beautiful pictures. However, I thought that you served breakfast too early. It can be that I am used to having breakfast late. What a wonderful cruise! The cruise is the combination of beauty, culture, and 5-star services and experience. Thank Ms. Jenny, Mr. Lam, and the crew for treating us as their families. I really impressed with their hospitability. The cabins we stayed in were spacious and have a great view of the bay. The food for all meals onboard were tasty and plenty enough for all passengers. The activities were fun and interesting. The tour guide was informative to give us a lot of information about culture and history. I hope that I can join the tour with Mon Cheri Cruise next time.
