This is the first time I've booked a cruise with Cozy. We booked after spent a few days in hanoi and the cruise in ha long bay was simply incredible, especially our tour guide, Mr. Tam, who has been extremely helpful and always courteous to everyone in our tour. It is highly recommended for anyone who has never booked a tour before. Great customer service!!!

We found the cruise quite small, but if it's not your problem, this cruise is recommended. Excellent tour of Ha Long Bay with the guide of Nam, he is a kind, funny, and insightful.  The food onboard was good, wish there would be more Vietnamese cuisine.

I attended the tour in Feb 2023 The excursion included three islands, limestone caverns, kayaking, and other activities. Our tour guide, Jacky, gives us intriguing facts about Halong Bay, I didn't know the history of it could be that interesting. I recommend if you intend to kayak, pack a swimsuit because it is easy to get wet.

Very pleased about the food on Cozy Cruise, the cuisine was well prepared and we felt happy about the itinerary. Though the waiting time for the bus was quite long. Overall the experience is worth the money.

Enjoyable trip  but weak Wifi

I must mention the tour guide first! Jacky was amazing, he made the trip much more enjoyable. The rest are fine, the staff were professional, the food was good and our cabins looked clean. Halong Bay's beauty was just like the photos on the Internet.

The cruise and limousine bus were both really comfortable. Though I was traveling alone, I made some friends onboard and the staff were really nice too. I got some excellent shots thanks to them. I had a great time on the trip, thanks to the driver, and the entire Cozy Bay Premiunm Cruise crew. 

Just like its name, Cozy cruise gave us a comfortable feeling and enjoyable services. The food was tasty, tour guide did a good job. The sites in Halong Bay are truly amazing, worth the reputation. 

The cruise staff are nice too, memorable overall.

Highly recommend!! Didn't expect that excellent quality of service for such a good price... oh and the tour guide was amazing, shout out to Khang for such a great job introducing the guests to the sites and the interesting stories. Will return with my friends.

Overall, we had a pleasant day (thanks to the nice weather), although there were a few things that might have been done better. We had to wait 1 hour and a half in the morning to be picked up. Not a good start. I think you should just state one pick-up location and have everyone meet there. The boat and its crew were kind and helpful. The food was adequate but a bit bland to me. I wish we could spend more time in the cave; but the sunset onboard was quite impressive.

The weather was not at its best but we enjoyed the day and the food was tasty. Thanks Halong Bay Cruise Deal for helping me choose this cruise.

Exceptional cruise. I love the sites in Halong Bay, unspoiled, vivid, fresh,... and the staff was really attentive!

Our journey to Ha Long Bay was great, mostly thanks to our guide, Hiep ("Steven"). He immediately showed humor and attentivity to us after we met. He assisted our group with fun stories about the region and its history. He was a saver when finding my lost phone. I might not have been able to do anything it if it hadn't been for his fast thinking. Thank you very much, Steven! The food was wonderful, the staff was polite, and we always knew where we were going and how much time we had. I'd travel in Northen Vietnam again with this guide!

I traveled with my sister, who had a foot injury and was using crutches. Throughout the journey, the staff and the other travelers were incredibly understanding and helpful. Thank you kindly! I will recommend the cruise for family and friends as the amenities and the food was also excellent!

David, our tour guide, was both amusing and enthusiastic. The limousine bus journey was just OK, but the cruise and dinner were exceptional. It is worthwhile to visit Ha Long Bay.

Hien was an excellent tour guide, and the sides of Halong Bay were breathtaking. The excursion took a little longer than expected because we had to wait for other passenger groups, but it was what we had to face compared to more private (and more costly) tours. Thank Halong Bay Cruise Deals for the experience.

The food onboard was delicious, and the tour guide (sorry I don't know how to spell his name) was really friendly and helpful. But the bamboo boat is not the best since it is overcrowded. Except that, the Cozy Bay cruise is a must if you want to witness the breathtaking vista of Halong Bay. I also enjoy the caves

The ship is clean and lovely. Van, the tour guide, and the staff are all polite and helpful. The sunset party was a terrific way to close the tour, and I will suggest it to my friends.

Tam was a superb guide, and the boat and meal were fantastic. It had been a long day, so a light meal before getting off the boat would have been ideal, but we still had a terrific time.
