08:00 - 08:30 AM: The driver picks travelers up from Hanoi Old Quarter (optional transfer) and heads toward Ha Long.
12:00 - 12:30 PM: The group arrives at Indochina Junk’s waiting lounge and then transfers to Ha Long harbor by buggy.
12:30 - 01:00 PM: The crew welcomes everyone onboard Dragon Legend Cruise, serves a welcome drink, and provides a cruise briefing before departure.
01:30 - 02:30 PM: The restaurant team serves lunch while the cruise sails through the stunning landscapes of Bai Tu Long Bay, offering views of limestone formations along the way.
03:00 - 05:00 PM: The activity team organizes kayaking in Cap La area, where travelers can explore untouched nature and admire majestic rock islets (weather permitting).
04:45 - 07:00 PM: The cruise returns onboard and allows time to refresh and relax before dinner.
07:00 - 08:30 PM: The restaurant team serves an elegant dinner in a peaceful setting on the bay.
Evening: The cruise offers free time for relaxation, socializing, or activities such as watching movies, listening to music, or squid fishing.
Overnight: The journey continues with an overnight stay on Dragon Legend Cruise.

07:00 - 08:00 AM: The instructor leads a Tai Chi session on the sundeck while the bay reveals its calm morning beauty.
08:00 - 08:30 AM: The crew serves breakfast in the fresh open air.
08:45 - 10:15 AM: The guide leads a visit to Thien Canh Son Cave, where impressive stalactites and stalagmites showcase the natural beauty of the bay. The activity continues with kayaking and exploration around Hon Co area.
10:30 AM: The boat returns to Dragon Legend Cruise and continues sailing toward Cong Dam area.
12:30 PM: The crew prepares and serves a special BBQ lunch on a quiet beach, allowing travelers to enjoy a unique dining experience surrounded by nature.
Afternoon: The group enjoys free time for beach activities, relaxation, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
02:30 PM: The cruise returns onboard and offers time to unwind in facilities such as the mineral seawater pool or fitness area, or join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
07:00 PM: The restaurant team serves dinner in a calm and romantic atmosphere on the bay.
Evening: The cruise offers leisure time for relaxation, onboard activities, or enjoying services such as squid fishing or spa (optional).
Overnight: Stay overnight on Dragon Legend Cruise.

06:00 - 08:00 AM: The morning begins with tea or coffee while enjoying scenic views of the bay, followed by breakfast served in the fresh air.
07:30 - 08:45 AM: The guide takes travelers to Vung Vieng Fishing Village by bamboo boat, where local fishermen share insights into their daily life in this peaceful floating community.
09:00 AM: The boat returns to Dragon Legend Cruise and begins cruising back toward Cap La area.
09:45 - 10:00 AM: The crew assists with check-out while the cruise heads back to the harbor.
10:15 AM: The restaurant team serves a buffet brunch as the cruise slowly returns to port.
11:30 - 12:00 PM: The staff arranges disembarkation at Ha Long harbor.
Afternoon: The driver transfers the group to Yen Duc Village in Dong Trieu, a traditional Vietnamese countryside village rich in culture and heritage.
01:00 - 01:45 PM: Local performers present a traditional water puppet show.
04:00 - 04:30 PM: The driver returns travelers to Hanoi. End of the journey.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
